Founder and Director shortlisted for Inyathelo Philanthropy Awards 2011



Established in 2007 the Inyathelo Philanthropy Awards acknowledge and celebrate people who have shown leadership and excellence in their chosen field of philanthropy. These amazing people from all walks of life have committed their personal resources towards social development. The aim of the Awards is to inspire South Africans from all economic levels to give the little they can, knowing that it does make a difference.

We are delighted to announce that Founder and Director of Children of Fire Bronwen Jones has been shortlisted for the 2011 Philanthropy in Health Award. This Award applauds a person who has not only given generously in monetary terms, but has demonstrated exceptional leadership in, commitment to, and innovation in encouraging local giving with a focus on initiatives in the Healthcare sector.

Winners will be announced on November 15 2011 in Cape Town.
